During a Barter-Deal, the sponsor does not support the sponsoring-receiver with financial benefits. The sponsee recieves exclusive products or services made available by the sponsor. An example for a Barter-Deal is the sponsorship-deal between 1337 MATE and the German eSport-League (DeSBL), which has been brokered by Sponsoo. 1337 MATE provides numerous boxes of mate-tea as a price for the winner of DeSBL-Tournaments. In return, the DeSBL refers to 1337 MATE and provides advertising space on their homepage.
